Shipping policy

Seven's Place LLC offers shipping in the 48 contiguous states only. Orders from in stock inventory are shipped within 3 business days (with the exception of holidays).  

We use the US Post Office for shipping, and sometimes UPS. Shipping is 6.95 for orders under 50.00. Purchases from 50.01-99.99 is 8.95. Orders over 100.00 are free shipping. You will be provided with a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

On rare occasions, an item may be damaged in transit. We cannot be responsible for damage during shipping and do not offer refunds on damaged items. (Please refer to our Return page). Please ensure you inspect your items within 48 hours of delivery. Should your shipment incur any damages, please contact our customer support email at help@sevensplace.com. Take photos and keep all original package. We can advise on how to start your claim with the carrier.

Please note that we strive to be as eco-friendly as possible and will re-use shipping boxes when possible. If your package has packing peanuts, they are compostable.
