Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Seven's Place LLC accepts returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. Items received after that window are subject to review.

Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Seven's Place LLC cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. 

Once we receive your new and unused item, we will process your return and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

At Seven's Place we trust that customers receive their purchases in the condition in which they left our facility. We take great care when packing items.

If you do have products that arrive damaged, Seven's Place shall not be held liable for damage during shipping, or lost packages. We cannot be responsible for anything that happens during transit. In the event you receive an item that is damaged, please take good detailed pictures and keep all packing materials. This will ensure a speedy claims process with the shipper.

We do offer refunds on select items when these conditions are met:

A. Undamaged items returned for refund must be received back in SAME condition as when purchased and postmarked within 14 days of receipt of order. All labeling must be intact, and packing material in box.

B. Clearance Items, Vintage Items, Flash Sale Items, and Seasonal Items are not eligible for refunds and are final sale.

C. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to us.

D. We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return on your original purchase and place a new order.
